Job description:
-
Provide expert knowledge of products and applications for an assigned product group
-
Be responsible for product cycle management by assigned product group
-
Provide high quality application and technical support for complete product portfolio pre and post sales to our customers, territory managers and distributors
-
Facilitate flow of product related information between our international sites (WW marketing, support and R&D) and European customers, territory managers and distributors
-
Perform competitive analyses and prepare product comparisons
-
Conduct product and application training
-
Technical writing for web content and marketing collaterals, if requested
-
Provide input for product development
-
Perform seminars, field visits with sales reps and application help at customer site if required
Qualifications:
-
Native, or equivalent, German speaker. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Previous knowledge of French language not required but an advantage.

Ph.D. or M.Sc. degree in Molecular or Cell Biology with extensive experience of laboratory work within the field. Post doc experience is an advantage.
